Freedom of Speech

Was called Satan by a person against guns and against all people who support the 2nd amendment. I told him "God bless you" I also asked—knowing what is said in Matthew—what does Luke 22:36-37(38?) mean if it doesn't mean you are allowed to defend yourself. More so, why does the second part of the 2nd amendment added if you can not own a firearm. He will brook no argument from me about the first part because I happen to agree. However he ignores the second half of the 2nd amendment "The right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed" sorry. Yes our forefathers wanted a free army thus they need the militia, but they also saw what happened when the British attempted to disarm the Colonies and how the ones in power abused that power.

One last thing before I go, if you think the 2nd amendment does not cover AR-15's and the like, I would like to point you to this excerpt from the Declaration of Independence:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."

Now I am NOT saying that you can overthrow the Government just because you don't like how it is run, but there are reasons you can and should do so. And we can't do that with only pistols and hunting rifles, the Colonists actually had better weaponry then the British at the time meaning that sorry facts fit in with needing an AR-15

Fixing America

Hate me for this or not, but here is my opinion on the US Government:

Limit it:

Remove all these taxes and regulations on everything

Remove the minimum wage--trust me on this prices will go down, and life style will go up if we do

Remove all these unconstitutional amendments that counter preexisting ones--Bill of Rights are the top 10 with no preexisting ones as they were first

Add term limits for ALL Senators, Supreme Court Judges, and Congressmen

Remove Obamacare from the books--Keep Government out of Business

I know my mom will hate me for this one--remove the IRS, or at least have a constant screening to prevent corruption that is done by 21 different companies, and never have those companies on a schedule

Remove FEMA

Reinstate the State Militias

Remove ALL anti-gun laws, no matter what they are

Remove all of the current 'rulings' on the Constitutional Amendments, and ONLY have a plain black and white definition to each Amendment

Remove the Lobbyists from Washington DC, all of them

Remove any law or order that prohibits Freedom of Speech, and that includes even 'Private' property/business prohibiting ANY religion from being expressed

Remove any and all Censorship laws, certain ones can be reinstated with careful deliberation

Remove Marijuana from the illegal drug list on the federal level

Require ALL law enforcement officers to undergo Constitutional education as well as have them understand all laws that apply to their area

Require ALL Senators, Lawyers, Judges(Supreme Court and otherwise), and Congressmen to undergo Constitutional Education, For Lawyers and Judges, also require them to understand all laws that apply to their area

Remove EPA

Tell the United Nations to go fuck themselves every time they attempt to force ANY country into doing anything that is illegal or Unconstitutional(or whatever it is they have) to that Country

Personally I could care less if you agree with me, but I honestly believe this would help fix the United States

SOPA 3.0 Time to kill it again and this time let us KILL the Movie industry as well, perhaps THAT will get their attention

Hello, Many have seen my political posts here on Facebook, but I am not here to gripe about Obama, Congress, or the Senate directly this time. I am here to inform all of you that SOPA, yes the same SOPA that was beat in 2012, is back for more here in 2013. Prepare for felonies all around, you know that Youtube video you posted with you singing karaoke? or have music playing in the background? a felony charge will be leveled on you for having that--on a side note, that means, if convicted, you will NOT be able to own a gun legally--you know those memes with pictures from TV shows or movies? Yep more Felonies. the MPAA are backing this insult to the internet and to our private lives! Sure they don't get paid for someone using a piece of their movie or songs copyrighted to a major company, in their works, but does that give them the right to infringe on Free Speech? or to force laws down our throat?

Also Unauthorized streaming could mean any video that is a whistle-blower video! I mean what better way to attack free speech via audio or video then to pass this law and say "Sorry we do not authorize you to use this information"

A KEY part of SOPA is that all it takes is someone to say; "He has something that belongs to me on his site" and then the person who owns the site in question, even if there is nothing on their but what is own by the owner of the site, will have to shut down his site, and he can not appeal this until 3 months have passed!

It is a perfect way to kill competition in business! Why bother underselling your business opponent when you can just hut them down for three months and run him into the ground while he can not do anything!

This law will kill not only Youtube, Fanfiction, or any other of steaming or art sites, it will kill small AND large businesses here in the US as it requires that if a site does not go down that it is BLOCKED AKA Censored from the US populous until the order is appealed in a court of law. Don't like what your political opponent says? Claim he stole something that is copyrighted to you.
