That means yes even the Amendments on the Bill of Rights have exceptions but then most of those exceptions are already spelt out.

A CONVICTED FELON may not own a gun.

PORN is not protected by Freedom of Expression/Speech.

A defendant may not ADMIT to a crime and then PLEAD the 5th.

The 3rd amendment has it's exception written into it.

Everyone has the right to a speedy trial unless they waive that right.

All people have the right to be secure in their homes and safe from warrant-less searches from all law enforcement officers Federal, Military, or Civil, unless they again waive that right or if something is found in the process of a crime.

Idiocy of Government

Well I might go and shut down my hotmail, yahoo, and gmail accounts if this keeps up. Yes you heard me I will not pretend like you aren't reading my E-mails anymore. and I dare say I hope you get it through y`all's thick heads I will not support a Tyrannical government even if that means I stop receiving SSI and I stop paying taxes all together! Yes I will stop FUNDING your UNCONSTITUTIONAL government and yes I will go to jail, but I will not be living off the people of this government. I will not eat, and I will not drink anything while in prison, I will also refuse treatment for any medical condition I may acquire from doing so. Yes I will die from this but it is better then supporting a government that puts itself above those it is meant to protect!

Tired, Disgust, and Pity

Listen I don't care who the fuck you are, I am tired of hearing racist remarks, I am tired of hearing Nigger or Crack`a--however that is spelt--I am also tired of people saying that crack`a isn't racist, it damned well is! I am so tired of people acting like the scum of society, what ever happened trying to work for an honest living? or even going to college for the same?

I hear so many people calling others names forgetting that all they are doing is adding to the fire, no matter which side they are on. Why not choke the fires of hate with love for your fellow man? Why not realize we are all equal, we all came into this world naked, we all will leave this world eventually.

I am so tired of hearing about the evils of man. What about the good of man? What about the wondrous achievements of man? What about the greatness of man?

Until someone can answer these without blaming someone-else, without dodging blame, and without casting hate, I feel nothing but disgust and pity for Mankind, and women that means you too

Me on Polygamy

Now hear me out, I get it this is a very VERY touchy subject amongst my fellow conservatives, but the Bible, the Torah--yeah not sure about the spelling on this one--and the Quoran--or this one for that matter--don't say anything against polygamy. that said, they don't say much FOR it either.

Now I know some of you are thinking that I shouldn't even be defending this that it is as much of a violation to Traditional marriage as Gay Marriage, but here is the thing, "Traditional" marriage DID involve polygamy before the church decided differently.

I am NOT saying it should be mandatory, hell I am not saying that you have to like my views, go a head flame it whatever, just remember one little fact. I am an American, and I have the right to free speech regardless of what the rest of he populous thinks. I also have the Freedom of Religion, and those three books up there, I like to call them the "Holy Three" because I believe in my heart and soul the "Gods" that Christianity, Judaism, and Islam are actually just the same God, but that is a topic for another time.

Now I am a man who only EVER wants one wife for my entire life, but I see nothing wrong with Polygamy, it is not sinful in nature and can be a very loving type of relationship. However, how is one man having multiple wives, one woman having multiple husbands, one man having multiple husbands, or one woman having multiple wives going to actually affect you? I mean other then bruising your ego.

I see nothing wrong with polygamy because rather then taint the marriage with sleeping with a man or woman outside of said marriage they decided to have a polygamous relationship, I've seen one before it isn't the end of the world.

And guys, what if you have been dating a set of twins and they both want to get together with you hmm? Life would be easier since you would not have to deal with hurting one of them to please the other in this case.

Last I checked the ratio of straight/bi guys verse straight/bi women is off by 1:2(?) and that is just not factoring in the fact that some bi's prefer males over females so that lowers the ratio even more.
